Hetken verran, 2025

Hetken verran [for a while] is a digital photo series that presents the phenomenon where we detach ourselves from physical reality to immerse ourselves in the flow of thought or to encounter a completely still mind.

The images introduce the moments and spaces where this transition occurs — situations in which the world around us seems to lose its grip on us.

Hetken verran was featured in the Yksi 2025 group exhibition, presented at Lahti Luja Gallery and Gallery West in Helsinki, Finland.

The images are printed on matte paper and ten out of eleven are primed on Kapa board.
